Rosalie Azzopardi
Teacher - Grade 3
This month's random act of kindness award goes to Diasia Robinson for always being willing to help out a classmate. For example, last week, Diasia helped clean out another student's desk who was having trouble staying organized. She did it quietly and didn't embarrass the other student. The student was very grateful to Diasia.

Stacey Caskey
Teacher - grade 4

Our RAOK honoree this month is Alix. Even though she lost our class Spelling Bee, she has spent hours of her own free time quizzing and working with the four representatives from our class who are going on to the finals in the school. It takes a lot of character to do this.

Scott Stolzenberg
Teacher - Music

Kudos to Keira, Milburn's fifth grade student council president, and all her schoolmates for organizing a fundraiser to help those whose lives have changed forever due to the horrible Tsunami. Keira and the student council members accepted gracious donations from students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade and teachers as well. Keira's leadership and ability to be a team player creates school spirit and makes our effort more meaningful!

Teacher - computer lab

Since the lab services so many children each day it is important for each class to leave it ready for the next group. Though the children are reminded of this simple request, sometimes they forget. This month I noticed that Codi, of class 2-A209, took the extra time to not only push his chair in, but the chairs of his classmates who forgot too! We are fortunate to have such a cooperative and caring young man in our school!
